This page is the Mercado Pago checkout that appears as its own gateway. It is separate from Pix. The store currency must be BRL. Gamecart creates a Checkout Pro preference with your access token. You do not paste a webhook secret.

Before you begin

You need a Mercado Pago account and a Gamecart store whose currency is BRL. Use a test access token while you try the integration, and a production token when you take real payments.

Get the access token

  1. Open your Mercado Pago developers account.
  2. Open the application you want Gamecart to use.
  3. Copy the Access token for test or production.

Add it in Gamecart

  1. In the dashboard, open Settings > Gateways.
  2. Set Country to Brasil.
  3. Click Configure on Mercado Pago.
  4. Paste the access token.
  5. Turn on Sandbox mode only when the token is a test credential.
  6. Save, then enable Mercado Pago when you are ready for checkout.
To accept Pix instead of Checkout Pro, configure the Pix gateway.
