The dashboard can send push notifications to your device for new sales, disputes, refunds, and new logins. Push is set up per device: turning it on for your phone does not turn it on for your laptop.

Turn on push notifications

  1. In the dashboard, open your account menu and select Profile.
  2. Open the Notifications tab.
  3. Under Push on this device, click Enable notifications.
  4. When your browser asks, allow notifications.
You can also do this from the App page in the sidebar. On the same tab, the Push column controls which notifications reach your devices. Security, plan and Gamecart messages are always sent, so their switches are locked.

iPhone and iPad

Safari only allows push notifications for apps added to the Home Screen.
  1. Open the dashboard in Safari.
  2. Tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.
  3. Open Gamecart from the new Home Screen icon.
  4. Turn on notifications from there, following the steps above.
In a regular Safari tab, the dashboard asks you to add it to the Home Screen first.

When notifications can’t be set up

If the dashboard shows Notifications couldn’t be set up on this device, the cause is almost always the browser or the device. Check these, then click Enable notifications again:
  • Notifications are blocked for the site. Open your browser’s site settings for the dashboard and allow notifications. If you blocked them earlier, the browser won’t ask again until you change this setting.
  • Notifications are off at the system level. On Windows, macOS, Android, and iOS, check that your browser, or the installed Gamecart app, may show notifications.
  • You’re in a private or incognito window. Most browsers disable push there. Use a regular window.
  • Your browser blocks push services. Some privacy-focused browsers and extensions turn off push messaging by default. Allow it in the browser settings, or use a different browser.
  • On iPhone or iPad, you’re not using the Home Screen app. Follow the steps in iPhone and iPad.

Turn off push on a device

Open Profile > Notifications on that device and click Disable on this device. Your other devices keep receiving notifications.
