Pagination

List endpoints for orders, queued commands, webhook endpoints, and webhook deliveries return pages:

Query parameter	Default	Rules
`page`	`0`	Pages start at `0`. A negative value reads page `0`.
`size`	`20`	Between `1` and `100`. Values outside that range are clamped.

Lists are sorted newest first. To walk a list, request page=0, then increase page until it reaches totalPages. New records can arrive while you page, which shifts older ones to later pages. When you sync orders, filter by from with the creation time of the last order you stored instead of relying on page numbers. The servers list and the notes and commands of one order are short and come as plain arrays, without pages.
